Vodafone Idea (Vi) has rolled out the Vi Max Family Plan 871, a postpaid offering that combines a Netflix Basic subscription with access to more than 18 additional OTT platforms.

- Entertainment Access: Includes Netflix Basic for streaming on one device, plus up to 18 additional OTT platforms via the Vi Movies & TV app. Users can also pick from Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, SonyLIV, and others under Vi’s unique ‘Choice’ benefit system.
- Two Connections: The plan supports a primary and a secondary connection sharing a massive 120GB monthly data pool — 70GB for primary, 40GB for secondary, and 10GB shared data. This is the largest data allowance in its price range.
- Exclusive Data Benefits: Unlimited Night Data from 12 am to 6 am and Data Rollover up to 400GB (200GB per member) ensure uninterrupted browsing.
- 5G Access: Unlimited 5G data for customers using 5G smartphones in cities like Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Patna, Chandigarh, and Bengaluru, with plans to expand to 17 circles by August.
Choice Benefits
Customers can select from entertainment perks or travel and mobile security benefits:
- Entertainment options include Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, SonyLIV, or 17 other OTTs.
- Travel and security choices include 12 months of Norton Mobile Security or EaseMyTrip travel discounts.
Additionally, Vi now allows adding up to eight secondary members on a Family Plan for Rs. 299 each.
